Equity Trustees Limited (EQT) has added to the Sydney estate planning team with the appointment of Terry Matthews as Estate Planning Solicitor. His appointment brings the number of estate planning team members in the Sydney office to four.

Reporting to Anna Hacker, National Manager - Estate Planning, Mr Matthews has been added to the team as Catherine Elversson undertakes maternity leave. This is a permanent position, Mr Matthews will remain with the team when Ms Elversson's returns.

Mr Matthews is an Accredited Specialist in wills & estates law (Law Society of NSW)  and comes to Equity Trustees from Makinson d'Apice Lawyers. He has also worked as Manager of Estate Planning (NSW) at National Australia Trustees and as a solicitor at TressCox Lawyers.

Ms Hacker said the appointment of Mr Matthews was a logical choice, given his extensive legal background and specialist experience in wills and estates.
