Equity Trustees is pleased to advise that the Australian Volunteer Support Trust and the Community Rebuilding Trust were listed in the Tax Act after the Bill passed through the Senate on 6 February in the first sitting of Federal Parliament for 2020. The listing ensures tax deductibility for all donations from individuals, companies and private and public ancillary funds.
