The Polish Community Council of Australia (PCCA) Perpetual Fund comprises the original General Juliusz Kleeberg Polish Community Fund in Australia (PCFA) established in 1964, moneys donated by two major benefactors, Mr Janusz Franckiewicz and Ms Natalia Kulakowska (incorporated in the Polish Perpetual Fund in 2012-18) and the Ewa Malewicz Fund.

Equity Trustees, together with the PCCA Perpetual Fund Advisory Committee reserve the right to not accept a funding application or only partially fund submitted proposals.
