EQT Holdings Limited Board changes
EQT Holdings Limited (ASX: EQT) today announced that Non-Executive Director, Glenn Sedgwick, will retire as a director of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 30 October 2025.
Mr Sedgwick joined the Board in 2016 and was appointed Member of the Audit Committee and the Equity Trustees’ Responsible Entity Compliance Committee. He also led the Board’s annual strategy update programme.
EQT Chair, Carol Schwartz AO, said: " Glenn has been a great colleague and asset to our Board over his period of service – his experience and insights into transformation, strategy and digital have been invaluable as we have pursued our growth agenda. His ability to bring new perspectives, and challenge existing ideas brought an energy that contributed to a productive and thoughtful Board culture.
