Investment professional Carol Mahon has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board of the Equity Trustees Independent Management Company business in Ireland. 

Equity Trustees Fund Services provides independent fund governance, risk and compliance, product development and regulatory reporting services to investment managers, from locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Dublin and London. 

Carol brings more than 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance and all aspects of running a business. She was most recently Chief Executive Officer at Hermes Fund Managers Ireland Ltd. and has also held executive leadership roles at FIL Fund Management (Ireland) Ltd., among others.
