The Responsible Entity is proposing that Equity Trustees Limited (EQTL) replace it as Responsible Entity of these Schemes.

There are currently two responsible entity/trustee providers within the EQT Group and it is proposed that the Responsible Entity services be brought into the EQTL service model to create efficiencies and further strengthen the operational and compliance functionalities.

Notices have been distributed to members in the relevant Scheme. If there are no significant objections, it is anticipated that EQTL will be appointed no later than 18 December 2019, when the regulator Australian Securities and Investments Commission updates its records.
