These roles will suit candidates from a superannuation background with strong relationship building skills and a genuine interest in going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients. Some of the responsibilities of this role are; assisting with the set up and maintenance of service level and legal agreements, reviewing service provider reports to ensure agreed service standards are met, managing any Fund complaints and participate in conciliation meetings, conducting due diligence related to the on boarding of superannuation funds and service providers and being the key contact person for managing any day to day issues that might arise.
