EquitySuper Pension Plan

EquitySuper Pension Plan offers an Account-Based Pension (also called an Allocated Pension) including a transition to retirement pension providing a flexible solution for your retirement needs.

EquitySuper offers you the flexibility to transfer your account between the Employer, Personal and Pension Divisions without incurring additional costs. This means you will be able to continue to enjoy many of the same benefits currently offered by Wealthpac throughout your lifetime.

How to join EquitySuper Pension Plan

Simply download and read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and complete the Pension Application Form. Existing EquitySuper members can keep their current investment options and any binding nomination already made will remain valid.

New members will also need to complete and return the following documents:

• Death Benefit Beneficiary Nomination Form (Optional)
• Tax File Number Consent Form (Fill out to avoid unnecessary taxation)
• Super Consolidation Form to transfer any funds from other superannuation account/s
