Equity Trustees Not For Profit CEO Awards recognise outstanding leaders of Not For Profit organisations. While the work they do is just as challenging as that of their colleagues in the corporate sector, their enormous contribution often goes unheralded. Yet without their dedication and that of their staff, the communities they serve would be all the poorer. The purpose of these awards is to redress that balance by giving Not For Profit organisations the profile they deserve.

Equity Trustees Not For Profit CEO Awards reward outstanding achievers in the following four categories:

CEO of the Year - Australia's premier award for performance by a CEO in the Not For Profit sector. For an outstanding individual with a distinguished record in delivering service excellence, partnership success and enhanced organisational image.

Innovator of the Year - Awarded to a leader responsible for a specific innovation resulting in a quantum leap in their Not For Profit organisation's service excellence, partnership success or organisational image.

First Year Achiever - The CEO who, in their first 12 months in the role, achieved the most for their Not For Profit organisation in the areas of service excellence, partnership success and enhanced image.

Long Term Achiever - In the Not For Profit sector, these are individuals who make a significant contribution year after year. This award recognises the efforts of an outstanding CEO who has led one or more NFP organisations for 8 years or longer.
