Existing Grant Recipients

Existing grant recipients will be sent a letter outlining their obligations to Equity Trustees.

Use of grant

The grant must be used exclusively for the purpose outlined in the grant application.  If there is a material change in circumstances which affects the nature or completion of the project, please contact Philanthropy Services immediately for authorisation.  Failure to do so may negatively impact on the success of future applications from your organisation.

No portion of an Equity Trustee grant is to be applied to an infrastructure levy of any kind. 

Reporting

All existing grant recipients are required to submit one of the following documents:

The completed report must be submitted 12 months after receiving the grant. 

Please note that if we do not receive your statement by the due date, your organisation will not be eligible for future funding.
