Investment Advice
The flexibility of our structure enables us to create an investment solution that meets the specific needs of each charitable organisation. Commonly this will involve the creation of a discretely managed portfolio, incorporating full custodial and consolidated reporting services.
As a publicly listed company, Equity Trustees operates to a strict corporate governance structure. A feature that sets Equity Trustees apart from many of our competitors is the regulatory framework that governs our investment management process. This requires that we exercise the care, diligence and skill that a prudent person would exercise in managing the affairs of other persons.
Our investment management process is well established and strictly governed in accordance with the above framework. This ensures a conservative approach to investment in line with the risk profile and needs of charitable organisations.
Equity Trustees also offers charitable trusts and organisations the option of utilising the EQT Charitable Balanced Fund (EQT CBF) to achieve their investment goals. The EQT CBF was established in July 1995 and is designed specifically with the goal of generating growth and income for tax-exempt entities.
