Description

EQT SGH Wholesale Property Income Fund invests in Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) which give exposure to a range of investments without a huge outlay. Property is the classic hedge against inflation, allowing for long term growth. The Fund focuses on a diverse range of A-REITS with higher yield and less volatility. By focusing on rental income, over-exposure to more volatile property developments or equity-style business investments is avoided.

A dividend yield (before fees) which is higher than the and a total return in excess of S&P/ASX300 A-REIT Accumulation Index the CPI + 3% over rolling 5 year periods (before fees).
