Description
The Fund invests in a broad portfolio of global Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) which derive the bulk of their income from property rental income. It is designed for investors seeking an investment in property but requiring greater diversity and liquidity than an investment in direct property; and also a more diverse offering in property securities than is available through investing solely in Australian REITs. All foreign currencies are hedged back to the Australian dollar.
Investment Objective
Aim is to outperform the UBS Global Investors Index - Hedged to AUD (Net of Withholding Tax) by 2% pa on average over a 3 to 5 year period (before taking into account the Fund fees and expenses).
